What is required to book?A $100 deposit is required at the time of booking. The remainder will be due 7 days prior to the event. Events are not secured until the deposit is received and a rental agreement is signed.What ages are your experiences for?Our bumper cars and Lambos are perfect for ages 1 to 5, (maximum weight: 50 lbs.). We also have parental remotes for younger children.Can I use the cars indoors or outdoors?Our experiences can be set up inside or outside. Bumper cars require a hard, flat surface - we cannot set up on grass or rocks. The Lambos work on any surface.Do you provide supervision?We set up and take down equipment, but parental supervision if required during the entire event.What's your service area?We're based in Niagara and serve surrounding areas. Travel outside of the Region (including GTA) is available. Travel fees will be applied.What happens if it rains?We recommend an indoor backup space. If needed, we can reschedule at no extra charge.Is there a damage deposit required?Yes. We require a valid credit card to be kept on file as a security measure. You will only be charged if equipment is returned damaged or excessively dirty, as outlined in the renal agreement.
